Logistics teams,

I offer nothing but gratitude to each one of you all that contributed to this project. Construction for Phases 1 and 2 needed to be completed in tandem with one-another, and are now nearing overall completion, with the final portions scheduled to be completed day after tomorrow. Of course, that means that planning for Phase 3 is already well underway, and we've managed to lock down exactly what resources are required. The primary board has been updated with the new additions, but I've gone ahead and quoted it here in an attachment for your convenience.

The project rapidly approaches its halfway point with this phase's implementation. Soon enough, we'll be wrapping up. In recognition of everyone's efforts thusfar: I've decided to extend my previous offer made only to my own logistics vessels to everyone involved in supplying the project: If you are capable of proving it with additional gun-cam images and footage, I offer a bonus 20% to payouts for all resources that can be acquired via piracy from vessels (// both player and NPC) that are hostile to Malta.
