Well, they are certainly something I have next to zero experience with, and add to the fact that "diplomacy with machines" sounds like something out of a Friday movie, I don't know how much of use I can help or if my insights on the matter are even relevant. I will ask one of my team members opinion on this, however, and should the listed groups be short on man power I am certain he could provide some, even if unequal, level of assistance.
