Brief biography (of the character):

Florence was born into the house Michaux, which was a wealthy family that could be considered a perfect example of the gallic burgeoisie. She was raised highly patriotic and cultural, learning a wide set of skills that were supposed to mark her as a perfect result of strict upbringing, high education and cultural enthusiasm. She, however, didn't like the way she was brought up and fled from home as a young adult, at that point she was forced to learn how to survive on the streets of the poor regions in New Paris, luckily, she befriended a lot of other kids that lived on the streets who would help her out.

As she saw no true perspective without the help of her parents, which, due to their status, would have brought her numerous possibilities to study and work, she decided to become a member of the royal navy, a place where every member of Gallia was welcome in the fight of the enemy Sirius. After quite some time, Florence took a break from her service to learn more about the actual enemies within Gallia, the Council as the biggest threat to the crown especially. All documents that she could find were infested by the propaganda that the crown enforced on its people, though, leading to her finding contact with the Council's leadership.
