So, Commonwealth space looks like a nice place to lay low after we've pulled some hijinks abroad and you're renting space fairly cheaply. So here you go.

We're not exactly some big-name corporate conglomerate that can develop/exploit large swathes of territory, so we're not going to be much of a bother.
