[color=#00FF00]Due to your honorful duties for the Kanzler and Rheinland, High Command approved the following promotion requests:
Leutnant Bjorn Chezberger to Major, skipping the rank Oberleutnant:
Bjorn Chezbergers duties are way beyond the duties of a normal Leutnant in the field.
Showing great sense of honor, duty, courage and leadership, made you a Oberleutnant.
Furthermore his selfless sacrifice in the Dresden Jumpgate battle, to save Admiral Malte when beeing outnumbered by the double of her own forces,
made High Command to change their decision about the Promotion to Oberleutnant.
Herr Chezberger deserved the rank of a Major.
Leutnant Ralf Hofmann to Oberleutnant:
Ralf Hofmann is a strong willed leader, doing the best he can, to ensure his flightgroups to return home safe.
The rank Oberleutnant is more than fitting, but laziness and not developing your future leadignabilities can get you stuck as this rank.
Keep up your work for both the pilots and yourself.
Feldwebel Maximilian Voss to Oberfeldwebel:
Maximilian Voss has everything a young pilot needs in the field, especialy a fresh Officer. The rank Oberfeldwebel is deserved and fit his abilities in the field.
Hauptgefreiter Thomas Meinhardt to Feldwebel:
Thomans Meinhardt fulfills both psychic and physical criteria for the Officer career in the Rheinland Military.
Your appearance in the field is outstanding and your representation of the Vaterland is commendable
Hauptgefreiter Gunter Weissman to Oberfeldwebel, skipping the rank Feldwebel:
Gunter Weissman deserves this promotion by all means. He works hard for his aims and is always the first to serve. We hppe he will decide for the flag officer career one time, as his skills and attitude enrich the Rheinwehr as a whole.
Hauptgefreiter Duncan Werden to Feldwebel:
Duncan Werden applied for the Rheinland Military Officers school and passed the tests with flying colors.
His outstanding performance in the field, his bravery and his sense for duty,
opened up the Officer career for this Pilot.
Flieger Alec Voelkel to Feldwebel:
Herr V?lkel should be an example for every enlisted pilot. His flawless behaviour, bravery and dedication will lead him on his way to a higher rank. We are glad that he represents Rheinland and the Kanzler in such a impeccable way.
The folowing requests have been filed away, until the next promotions.
Obereutnant Karl Westermann to Major:
Karl Westermann is a strong willed pilot, a brave soldier and a good wingman.
High Command still misses the development of his leading abilities in the field, to fulfill the criteria for the rank Major.
The men and women in the field need to trust you and your decisions, they give their lifes into your hands.
High Command needs to be sure you do not waste those lifes unnessecary in the field.
Develop your leading abilities and show yourself more in the field, to gain the trust of your men and women.
Then the rank of a Major is more than fitting.
Hauptgefreiter Henrik Drum to Feldwebel:
Hauptgefreiter Henrik Drum's behaviour is a shame for his whle unit.
Appearing drunk to his duty and also even be a danger to his wingmen in space, is an unexcuseable behaviour for a Rheinland soldier.
He recieved already his punishment by ten whiplashes in front of the second and third regiment at the muster yard of the New Berlin Rheinwehr Headquarters.
Furthermore will his promotion be suspended for 10 days.
Signed, Admiral Malexa Malte
