Aged 39, Mark Brown come from a Bretonian background at Planet Cambridge with rich parents, he went on to becoming a Bretonia Police Authority officer, only after moving into New York he worked for Liberty Police Inc. He has now 2 children to his partner helping working at Planet Erie. After a few year break, he's itching to get back to Liberty Police.
