thats the reason why we dont need 1 or two more admins. we need a dedicated team of at least 3-5 more admins, who know and are WILLING to give up a bit of their time to do the admin's job.

For instance, say a noob logs into the server, undocks, takes a potshot or two at a pass Lib BS patrol and gets torn to bits. Now he starts cussing his head off, and you have to kick/ban him. Problem with this is, do it outright, and in the long run, any of the other newbloods sitting around will mark you as a power abuser/jackarse/etc.

if you have been an admin, id like to ask you this. do you just straight away ban a player for abusing? no warning, or nothing at all? if so, THAT is pretty much power abusing, or, way toooooooo rigid admining, because you havent listened to the 'victim's side of the story, just kicked/banned, cuz he abused...
