Birthday and Birthplace: 22nd of May, 798; Somewhere in space on a Junker vessel, probably
Biography: Alright, guess I gotta fill this out. I was born to a family of junkers. When I was in my late teens, I didn't really think that collecting leftovers and scraps was something "worthy" of my time. I was a bit of a biggot back then. So I ran away and became a freelancer at the age of 16. After a series of unpleasent accidents and events, I seem to now be the oldest surviving member of my family, except for my aunt Marie, who is an old woman and not quite... well. Some of the crew joke that she could use a few Collectors to sort her memories but I usually shut those jokes down pretty quick. The situation is not pleasent, neither for her nor for me, but I take good care of her. And then there's a few kids who were adopted by different families. I don't have any siblings.
Long story short, I was called back and took over the family's Salvager. I managed to find a new crew. Most are just there because they have nowhere else to go but they are a semi-capable bunch and I trust in their abilities as well as their secrecy.
Now personally, I haven't ever done anything other than scrap collecting since I took over the ship. Only recently did I learn that there's more to the Junkers than that. That may sound weird but my folks and me, we didn't talk much and they kept me out of most of the business. I left before they could teach me more. Aunt Marie may have talked about some things, but I thought it was just her... age... talking. How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: What tools do I have? And how much time to I get for digging through a scrap field to gather replacement parts? I can solve most emergencies on any vessel, not just a Salvager, but I still need to rely on my crew when it comes to a permanent solution.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: "If you would, good sir or madam. My diagnosis scanners picked up on a minor malfunction in your secondary engine channel. It's nothing major. For now. You'll need to fix it eventually though, or else your cruise drive will have random malfunctions. Drifting away into space in the middle of a pirate attack isn't pleasent and you can either go to a big repair depot and pay tens of thousands, if not close to a million. Or I could give you the replacement parts. I should have a stash somewhere in my cargo hold. They're used, but they'll function for multiple decades, at least. If they're installed correctly, that is. We could help with that, but that would almost double the cost, since we're in a hurry. In my honest opinion, you should simply take the parts and install them yourself. It's quite an easy procedure, near most any repair dock worker can explain it to you in the span of five minutes. I'll throw in a discount. Say, 35% off?"
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: "Wait, these are illegal? I knew I shouldn't have listened to that trader. He told me I'd get me a great deal if I brought it a few systems into [insert respective house here]. I'll drop the cargo right now. Don't want to associate myself with this. Do with it whatever you want. I got this in [roughly 2 systems away]. The vessel was named [insert random belivable name here]. Might want to take a look at that."
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico system, if any?: Honestly, I didn't spend much time there. I may have when I was a kid, but I can't remember all that much from back then. I had to go there to take over command over the family's Salvager. So I know about the Vieques Shipyard and I have since sold some resources there. Other than that, I don't know anything. Never even left the Ponce Fragment while I was there.
What ships do you already own?: The family's Salvager. For now I've simply put my name onto it. So the current designation is "Rell.Harrow". Of course that's only a temporary solution but I haven't really had the time to come up with a proper name. I briefly considered "Harrowing", but quickly decided not to use that. My name is uncommon enough, don't need to make a weird joke out of it. Though I'd like to. Maybe someday.

Post the ID rules of the Junker ID here: The Junkers are a group of Smugglers and Black Market Traders who maintain a legal front through Scrap peddling. They are rumored to deal with a lot of unlawful factions, but are enemies of the Xenos and the Hogosha.
Pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is a member of the Junkers, who:
- Can attack any ships in self-defense, to protect another Junker ship, or in defense of a Junker base.
- Can demand cargo and credits from ships outside of Rheinland, Liberty and Bretonian house space, and attack them if they do not comply.
- Can attack Xenos and Hogosha anywhere.
- Cannot use any Transport with more than 4,300 cargo.
Could have typed this out but saw the text length ingame and decided to copy the wiki instead. I did read both though.
Are you allowed to pirate in Liberty as a Junker?: And risk the loss of a safe haven not only for me but for all Junkers? No. Big no.
Have you had any interaction with a Congress member thus far? If yes, what was his/her shop or character name: I saw some congress members. That was over five years ago, before my hiatus. I didn't interact with them much safe for a brief greeting and maybe a few pleasentries. Can't even remember the names.

While I do have Skype installed, I only start it up every few months.
Since we're still oorp: Best wishes to whoever reads this! o/ Also, brief hint: The draft of the questionnaire says "Puerto Rico systen", not "system". Just thought I'd let you know.
