The Rheinland government discussed your request and submitted it for voting in the Bundestag, which decided to approve it. The government has one condition though. You mentioned that on certain occasions the ship will be used to travel in house space for diplomatic purposes and because it is not clear what house space did you mean, we will rather state that you are not allowed to enter the territory of the Kusari Empire with the ship. We hope you understand that due to the current state of war between our two houses, we do not wish the presence of military grade technology in an area where our enemy could easily seize it intact and gather key information about it.
