This is a important message to the Rheinwehr Oberkommando, especially my Freund Reinhardt.

You all remember Projekt Wassergeist. The projekt is currently executed by the RS and the DHC under supervision of myself and a special unit of Rheinwehr agents deployed by Reinhardt.
As I have been transfered to the Abwehrdienst recently due to a lack of agents there, the supervision of the Projekt is done by the Abwehrdienst until now. However, we have much to do there. In the Abwehr ist die Hölle los. Therefor I won't lead this project any longer and transfer the ownership as well as the supervision as follows. This was agreed after talking to Herrn Koch, whom I am working with now;

I, Horst Stieglitz, Agent of the Abwehrdienst, former Kommissaroberrat of the BDM, hereby transfer the lead and the ownership of Projekt "WASSERGEIST" to the Rheinland Bundespolizei, Frau Inspekteurin Kara von Thielau and Herr Eberhard Zorn will lead the Projekt from now on. The ownership goes to Frau von Thielau. I hereby confess that neither I, nor the Abwehrdienst holds any claims on the Projekt anymore.

I would also like to request a talk with an Admiral under 4 eyes, if possible.
