With the way Malta works, life being sacred and Cardamine uniting us all, I've not observed a single MNS ship to aid MR side for a good reason, why would anyone who already has a Battleship and is regarded as a force to be recknoned with join a faction with shaky grounds, traitorous natur and being slapped left and right by Outcasts anywhere. There was doubt while MR was green, yet now they're regarded as the worst scum of Malta and something everyone wants to get rid of due to bad propaganda and making Malta look generally bad.
Fielding battleships is another problem, MR has no maintaining shipyards to speak of, and maintaining them isn't easy either no matter how much robotic crew you have. Those still require resources and with few dozens of thousands of people it means MR is dependant financially on Crayter. Also being Renegades, it means anywhere MR goes the Outcasts are likely to shoot, meaning they're locked to a single system where they're already surrounded.
Cardamine also grows only on Malta and in a limited number on Soledad, but that comes with a price saying the Planet corrodes ships and therefore docking ring is nearly impossible to make due to gravitational/magnetic forces. There's no "if or possible" , it can simply grow only on Malta, punctum.
MR may know about the trade routes Outcasts use, yet it's been secured all the way to the Coronado with Dreadnought Basilica meaning the raid on Outcast transports are even less likely to happen. Unless MR are a slave force for CR, making money in their case is nearly impossible, not to mention Battleships cost a buck or two.
All in all, MR has dwindling resources and ground upon they've built their propaganda. Being deleted from space without a second thought because Outcasts are united and it makes zero sense to join a small detachment of traitors and possibly former enemies to stand against a 500 million Malta. Unless MR's goal is to give those battleships to CR, there's nearly no possible salvation.
It's like a fruit fly trying to conquer a Watermelon while due to its own propaganda being in the sights of all citizens.
