[13.07.2020 20:58:22] Tapuchips: freelancers stopattacking
[13.07.2020 20:58:29] Tapuchips: i killed you 3 times already
^That, is provided by Bellck, followed by his apparent complete lack of knowledge about the engagement line 3.6 He claimed the gunship Which is Tapuchips. Is a pvp rule breaker because he is continuesly attacking people. Though clearly he is telling them to quit shooting at him cause they are new, the pvp rule states if you die whilst in a pvp situation you are to leave the system for 1 hour, 30 minutes if contested and avoid re-engaging those that killed you in the pvp encounter. However, there is no limitation to the person that killed you, they can re-engage you if they wish. However, in this case that is not what was happening. The noobs, as I assume aTau and PoiosEmai are the new players in question, are repeatedly returning after a combat death to shoot at the gunboat in question.

^That is part of the encounter, (by the way ramming capital ships is sanctionable.) Where your members wanted the 5th| (Who provided a good example of what to do in these situations instead of what not to do like you did) would not engage the gunboat that was repeatedly being engaged by noobs that didn't take the time to read the rules properly and thus continued to engage after PvP death.
You responded to this by logging a Battlecruiser to aid rulebreakers, the Battlecruiser is a ship that your faction claims not to utilize to avoid being a carbon copy of the =LSF=, which clearly you have one here, so that's a problem. Back to the main question at hand.
This the kind of thing we can expect from your faction from now on? Or is this gonna get corrected, because if a faction says they will avoid doing a certain thing, then does it anyway, there's no reason to trust a thing you say.
