It is a great pleasure for us to be able to communicate with the Enclave, but we still carry a concern of the past, we have indeed assisted the Bretonians against you during the war. This was a mistake done out of necessity. We hope to mend the previous mistrust we have founded against us, now that we both have a common foe, the traitorous Bretonians.
We would like to offer a war reparation fee to the Enclave in hopes of proving our sincerity and to prosper a peaceful future between our organisations. We would like to offer you a gift of a blueprint for capital assets, and some credits along it to help fund the projects. These designs you may be remotely familiar with, they are known as the 'Sledge' series turrets, utilised on the designated primary slots of Battleships.
