Greg,
I will be blunt with you - there were some concerns in regards to your experience and the comprehensiveness of your application.
However, after a pre-liminary meeting and discussion amongst the high command your application is hereby accepted, provided that you will agree with an unusual arrangement. We have decided Camile Summers, an up-and-coming Ensign with command ambitions who's service has been exemplary will be paired with you.
On top of our regular training regimen you will shadow the Ensign so you can bridge the gap in your experience, and help her prove she has what it takes to be given more command experience. Needless to say, her recommendation will play a vital role when the decision will be made if you are ready to graduate from our recruit programme.
