A studious man who proudly took up the duty of being the "man of the house" as his father was frequently absent for his work as a holo-tainment band developer. His two younger siblings frequently butted heads with each other, and his mother was unable to keep them in check, being far too temperate a lady. Even though his dad was missing from his daily life most of the time, Junzo still wanted to do everything in his power to make him proud. As the big brother of the family, he was expected and encouraged to grow up quickly, and was praised when he did so. He helped out around the apartment and put food on the table for his family whenever his mom was ill. While he lost a good chunk of his childhood to this scenario, he knew he had to step up for his sisters. He loved the both of them a lot, and swore he'd help raise them right. Tomoe, the youngest, and Tsuya, the middle. They both wouldn't tell him, but they cared for him just as much.
Though his sisters were quite the handful, the youngest (Tomoe) being particularly disruptive and unruly, he never failed to get them to cooperate eventually. Through this he developed early leadership skills that would become useful in his later career in the Naval Academy. During his academic career, from secondary to the academy, Junzo always held a reputation as a beacon of the community. He was an honors student in all the classes he took part in. Many fellow students would turn to him for advice, tutoring, and on occasion, protection from bully types, which seem to permeate and infiltrate every kind of school out there. That attention gave him a sense of justice and a desire to protect the weak at any cost, and prop them up so they can do their best. Two years into his degree at the Naval Academy, Tomoe was expelled from her school for taking part in a Chrysanthemum inspired "riot". She ran away from home and vanished with a healthy sum of the father's credit account not long after the father had made an executive decision to kick her out. A lengthy argument over this broke out among the entire family, and despite Junzo's best efforts, he could not convince either his father nor his sister to back down, a situation he regrets. The first situation in which he failed to put someone on the right path was his own sister. He never saw her again, and Tsuya dropped out of the Naval Academy not long after the event for unexplained reasons, also moving out recently, at least on good terms. They keep in touch every now and then, though Junzo never really knows what she is up to.
Despite the family drama that would plague his conscience for the remainder of his academy life, he used it as a source of inspiration to excel, to better himself so that he can learn the skills needed to protect the ones he loves, both inside and outside the battlefield.

For how long have you been playing Discovery?
It doesn't look like it since all my posts have been mysteriously erased, but I played from 2015 to 2018 or 19 and stopped until now. I used to run with several factions, among them BD and GC around that time.
