Violated multiple times? Remember, you only reported 2 incidents, if there were more, they weren't reported. Also the transport was pretty much self defending itself over its own property. No surprise that LibGov will freak out regardless, not much the dude could have been done, even if he cooperated, it still would have been reported in the end, since the dudes knew he was gonna take the path to Kansas. Keep in mind that Liberty players of one OFL faction has broken the agreement too.

Politics pee pee poo poo, in the end it's all the decision of what the faction wants to lead to on a mutual personal level. At least we don't get reported over indies anyhow.
