The only aspect I take some issue with is the change to where house lawfuls can enforce repercussions. To be specific, the zones where house lawfuls can enforce repercussions of house law breaks that the lawfuls personally witnessed which was the old yellow zones. It is a bit awkward if, say, KNF find GMG shooting Samura in the Sigmas but can't act on it when they witness it personally.
I do enjoy the simplified system, however I feel like that clause should be readded but in a different way. For instance, having laws and repercussions come from personally witnessed events in ID ZoI. Something added below this line, which is currently in the rules;
Quote:House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players, factions, and POBs found breaking House Laws within House Space.
Which currently allows house lawfuls to enforce in house space. Perhaps below it could be;
Quote:House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within ID ZoI only if they are personally there to witness the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
This would let the borderworlds and independent worlds breath, yet still show the struggle of the houses attempting to expand into them (see systems like Cortez, old Bering, and Husdon as examples). I also left out PoBs from this as well but that can be readded if wanted. It just solves those awkward situations where house lawfuls witness something but can't act on it.
