Reading this sanction you have kinda introduced a new rule under the table. While it is common sense that farming activity for your faction through afking should be punished this still leaves a sour taste. A proper introduction of an AFK penalty should be posted by the Staff with all possible consequences covered. However, this new "rule" also opens the gates for massive griefing that can harm factions in suffering from failing quarterly checks without actually breaking the rules.
