From a Trade and Scientific Standpoint this is a brilliant idea. We have always known of the vast abundance of alien organisms just outside out doorsteps were a potential gold mine of valuable research commodities and profit opportunity. By allowing outside vessels access to our stores of organisms we are creating a brand new market with potential to make billions!
I think we can start by sectioning off an area of the main cargo bay. We can make use of our prior experiences quarantining suspected Nomad Infected by establishing an effective bio-containment area capable of storing and packing... lets say roughly 30,000 standard cargo units?
Also, and probably most importantly, we should include our own front line 'bio-sorting' to the recovery process of Alien Organisms. I don't see why we can't take the first look at these creatures as they are brought to Kadesh, so that we will benefit form any purely unique findings before anyone else? I have had our engineers mock up something appropriate and have included the specs in this message for joint review.
Ms. Young has uncovered a potential gold mine of research potential and profits, once again proving she is as intelligent as she is ravishing. I'm going to pass this off to the Security Department for their thoughts on this proposal, but I really think we're onto something big here.
