1) I assume that in the first incident you are referring to the time when you came to New York on a capital ship (cannot remember size, probably BC), and you were pleased that I didn't /l1 /l2 you on sight. I hope you are aware that is a certain degree of roleplay that makes sense without it seeming like an ooRP thing, and I also hope that you are aware (because I certainly am) that not engaging you on sight was a very ooRP move by me back then. A Coalition Battlecruiser inside Liberty Space is not something you speak with or negotiate with, it's something you shoot down.
2) Very similarly to the first incident, your BC was spotted in the vicinity of Curacao at the Cortez system (from what I was told - I wasn't there to see it for myself and I haven't been given any chat logs) and two members of the fleet engaged you. You are a foreign capital ship of an organization that is considered highly hostile to Liberty. The proper way to roleplay such an interaction is to either force you to move out (which in itself is a stretch too and shouldn't be happening) or forcefully destroy you.
There are certain factions that are not meant to have friendly chatters with each other. In the same way you don't expect the Navy to casually hang out with an OC/IN/K'Hara ship, you also don't expect the Navy to hang out with a Coalition ship. You are shoot-on-sight targets and your best bet to get some roleplay is most certainly not on a warship and most certainly not around your enemies.
