Mister Storn,

After looking at your application, it has been decided by High Command that you are to be ACCEPTED into the Liberty Navy 46th Fleet at the Rank of Mentee. This is a conditional acceptance and will be described in greater detail below.

You will fly under normal Naval I.D for the time being until you prove yourself and will then be accepted into the Recruit program.

This rank means that you will be assigned to other operatives to assess your skills as an officer and after initial processes you will be given the rank of Recruit. This will also allow us to ask you further questions as to your background, as you've not gone in to great depth in to such in your application.

Please report to myself, Vice Admiral Martin Kemp-Smith, at Fleet Headquarters, Salt Lake, at your earliest convenience to set you up and assign you to the officers who will assist you and give the High Command details of your patrols.
