As combat rages across the Omicrons, the Mindshare seeks to improve itself to better compete against its neighbors. Recent developments have created a sense of urgency, but also a feeling of confidence. Fundamental changes to the energy-collection frameworks are beginning as the Dreamer caste gains new influxes of information. Meanwhile, the newest advisor's knowledge and skill is put to the test as the Keeper caste is taught improved combat techniques.
Point collection is for Player versus Player combat only. Fighter kills count as 1 point, Bomber kills count as 3 points, Freighter kills count as 5 points, Transport kills count as 10 points, Gunboat kills count as 20 points, Cruiser kills count as 25 points, Battlecruiser kills count as 35 points, Light and Medium battleship kills count as 50 points, Dreadnought kills count as 60 points. Combat Docks count as half points (except fighters, which are still 1).
Disadvantage will be reconsidered for ship class differences.
The mindshare continues to study human fleet movements, combat tactics, and emotional tendencies. Human fleet and fighter wing maneuvers are copied and perfected, and common reactions to fear and panic are remembered. With Nomad telepathy, flawless communication far outstripping mere human radios allows Nomads to enact combat tactics possible only in theory. The various groups of Keepers move in perfect harmony, a mesmerizing and deadly dance. Satisfied with it's understanding of human methods, the mindshare moves on to it's end goal: reverse-engineering these maneuvers to create perfect counters to every combat tactic known to man.
Point collection is for Player versus Player combat only. Ten points are gained through kills against enemies in Omicron Zeta, Omicron Iota, Omicron Major, Omicron Minor, Omicron Psi, Omicron Delta, Omicron Lost, Omicron Kappa, Omicron Epsilon, and Omicron Rho. ALL TARGETS must have full nanobots and shield batteries before engagement notices are written, and timestamped screenshots proving this must be provided. Point values will decrease dependent on weightclass of involved ships and number of allies present, with 1v1s of equal shipclasses being the most efficient.
Transport kills only count if the transport is hauling goods, and will be graded separately in terms of commodities denied, preferring essential commodities over luxury commodities.
Finally, one of a million missing pieces has been found. The Mindshare has long relied on the power of its Dreamers to precisely calculate the future in their Dreams, a simulated environment of pure thought and contemplation. After much time examining, combating, and struggling against humanity, the conclusion that the human thought process is entirely unique, illogical, and unknown to Dreamers and Nomads as a whole has been reached. To rectify this error and regain their grasp on their future and time itself, the Advisor Council seeks to catalogue and archive the human thought patterns that do not follow logic. To this end, they require access to the minds of those showing incredibly strong connection to those patterns, whether through interview or Infiltrator.
This consists entirely of roleplay with people found strong in one of these thought patterns. Roleplay is expected to be in-depth. Forum is suggested but not entirely necessary, however documentation is necessary. For further inqueries, message The_Godslayer#0658 on Discord. This set of tasks is incredibly subjective.

With the materials collected, the hives undergo a change. The addition of these new microbes to the hives allows biochemical reactions beneath the surface, greatly increasing the energy gain from the nebulas. The microbes are genetically modified by the DNA restructuring properties of Cardamine to live in symbiosis with the hive itself, with the microbes being sheltered from space and hostile microbes by the cellular defenses of the hive, and much of the energy generated by the microbes being absorbed into the hive. Once the repurposing of the microbes were complete, they were fed large quantities of Azurite Gas to promote rapid multiplication, permeating the hives with the helpful genetically engineered microbes.
With the surplus resources, the Advisors begin the next steps of their plan. Having thoroughly examined the Gallic Warwolf weapon through the growth of a biological interface into an infested ship, the foundation has been laid to produce a weapon to suit needs which have not been met. To this end, the first of many studies begin. The Advisors require a weapon to devastate humanity, the Dreamers require the knowledge of what forms of damage kill human biological tissue the fastest, and so the Keepers will provide the subjects.

With human specimen collected, testing begins. The Dreamers and advisors seek to find a better way to kill humans. After years of fighting them, they have learned a crucial detail: Unlike Nomads, who are reconstructed by the mindshare into new bodies upon death, humans can only die once. Their new plan of battle is simply to cause as much death as possible, because dead humans do not come back.

Multiple battle plans have been formulated around the gathered information. Nomad weapon efficiency has been optimized for guaranteed damage and loss of life, as damage is more difficult for humans to repair. Every standardized fleet maneuver has been studied and understood, and viable counters for each have been theorized, practiced, and implemented. Now, Nomads avoid large scale combat so as not to show what they know, or to provoke humanity into creating new fleet maneuvers that need to be learned and then countered.
Development on new weaponry using the reverse-engineered blueprints of the Valors Warwolf weapon has fully gone underway. Using the high damage potential of the Warwolf, the Dreamers and Advisors seek to produce a weapon that denies fleeing and escape, as disallowing escaping in turn disallows transferring of information. Maximizing the range, damage, and speed of the weapon is already difficult in itself. Forms of preparing the weapon are being tested in simulated environments by Dreamers. When a stable preparation for the weapon is secured, prototypes will be grown and tested.
