Seems I come with an additional request, if you would find it agreeable, we could further exchange surplus vessels. What I propose would be the following; just as before, to be a case-to-case transfer:

• 1x "Churchill" Class Gunboat
  

In return, the Bretonian Armed Forces would receive:

• 1x "Defiant" Class Gunboat

As for the matter of your Merchant Navy vessels, respectfully, I'm just passing along what I've heard. I can only inform you that the corporations of Liberty don't conduct such practices, though I can appreciate there would be differences in the normal standard operating procedures between civilian and military convoys.
