Good day, Commander "Cobra"

Two additional, full-strength brigades are ready for deployment. Following the restructuring of the assignment process I have undertaken, I chose not to specialize either of these units in any specific capacity. Consider them capable all-rounders - the backbone of any effective fighting force.

I would like to make use of my personal expertise next and train the next batch in marine combat. While I have no doubt that our traditional ground forces will see plenty of action in the years to come, primarily on Planet Atka, much of modern warfare is fought on stations and ships. Dedicated marine contingents will prove invaluable for such military operations as well as for providing security aboard our recently acquired capital ships.

For this purpose, I have been looking to further integrate into the Militia the former NAVSOC unit you have managed to bring into our fold. However, I have discovered that there is considerable dissatisfaction among its ranks concerning the recent developments in regards to the Republic-Outcast relationship. Perhaps it would be advisable for you to have a talk with them over this matter.
