Mister Baxter,

Your application has been reviewed by High Command and it is my pleasure to announce that you've been ACCEPTED into the Fleet. We have deemed it appropriate, based on the nature of your degree and your previous working experience on the Mississippi, to begin your career at the rank of ENSIGN, giving you a head-start over the regular recruits while at the same time giving us the time required to ensure that you are a fruitful addition to the Fleet.

With the rank that you currently hold you are able to join the Merchant Marine division immediately. I will handle the paperwork necessary to ensure the smoothest of transitions for you into the Fleet and the division of your choice.

Once your things are packed and you are ready to move out, please report to Rear Admiral Upper Half Samantha Brown - myself - at the Fleet's Headquarters, Salt Lake Station, New York system. I will assign you to your quarters and appoint you to the personnel and he installation itself. Details of your next moves will be discussed in person, however any questions you might have can be answered to, you need only reach out.
