Birthday and Birthplace: Somewhere in 793 A.S. on the Salvager Count Zero
Biography: Born as the eldest son of Captain Abraham Gibson, I've been living on the Count Zero for nearly 16 years before I built my first ship. Apart from the technical skills, this also taught me to barter for the parts I needed. Bartering being anything from bribing, coercing, and negotiating to outright taking what I needed. At the age of 16 I was on and off ship to pursue my own goals in life while also fulfilling my obligations to my clan and crewmates. During these years I've learned to traverse and scavenge the asteroid fields and got quite skilled in evading law enforcement.
At the age of 21 I've scrounged up enough credits to obtain a CSF, the Monalisa Overdrive, which is still in use. As one of the fastest freighters aboard the Count Zero it's used mainly to get exotic cargo to dubious locales.
At age 27 I was contacted by some fellow Junkers to head for the Count Zero which was docked at Beaumont. Upon arrival I heard my father died in a Xeno attack while scavenging the Dallas Debris fields in Texas along with three other crewmates. It was then when I was asked to assume command of the Count Zero and lead the clan. This was nine years ago.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: The Count Zero is always in need of repairs, upgrades and expansions. The ship is about 80 years old, so I'd say... at least 80 years, maybe more.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: Very good. As I said, I'm pretty good at 'bartering'.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: I make it a point to not get caught by law enforcement. The few times I did I got off by hinting at some dirty secret I knew, or just outright bribing my way out. Seems everyone has a price, monetary or otherwise.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico system, if any?: I've been there a lot. Vieques is one of the few shipyards we can make repairs without prying eyes.
What ships do you already own?: The JSF-Count.Zero and CSF-Monalisa.Overdrive
OORP Part
Post the ID rules of the Junker ID here: The Junkers are a group of smugglers and black market traders who maintain a legal front through scrap peddling. They are rumored to deal with a lot of unlawful factions, but are enemies of the Xenos and the Hogosha.
Pilot carrying this quasi-lawful ID is a member of the Junkers, who:
Can attack any ships in self-defense, to protect another Junker ship, or in defense of a Junker base.
Can demand cargo and credits from ships outside of Rheinland, Liberty and Bretonian house space, and attack them if they do not comply.
Can attack Xenos and Hogosha anywhere.
Cannot use any transport with more than 4,300 cargo.
Allowed ships: Fighters, Freighters, Transports, Gunboats
Are you allowed to pirate in Liberty as a Junker?: No, we need to lay low in house space. Better for business
Have you had any interaction with a Congress member thus far? If yes, what was his/her shop or character name: I've seen some congressmen fly by, but I cannot recall their handle.
