Guten Abend Officers,
i conducted a patrol of Stuttgart's three major nebula clouds together with an MND agent. All three clouds were free of any suspicious activity, the system itself seemed secure as well. After our patrol had ended, the MND agent disclosed their identity to me - that being the former Direktor Minna-Dietlinde Wilcke. Her interest in the Nomad encounters was hard to not notice, once i had mentioned them. I left the matter of relaying any information connected to those sightings to the Oberkommando.
[31.10.2022 16:18:54] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Guten Tag, MND.
[31.10.2022 16:19:00] Sol-[Fae: Guten Tag.
[31.10.2022 16:19:12] Sol-[Fae: Is everything in order, Oberleutenant?
[31.10.2022 16:19:29] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Nothing out of the ordinary - yet. I seem to have a habit of attracting the likes of it, however.
[31.10.2022 16:19:48] Sol-[Fae: I presume you will not mind my presence, then.
[31.10.2022 16:19:53] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Thank you for asking. I was actually just about to scout the outskirts of the three walker nebula clouds here.
[31.10.2022 16:20:04] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Oh, by all means - nein. Feel invited to tag along, if you have the time.
[31.10.2022 16:20:15] Sol-[Fae: I do. Hence why I am here.
[31.10.2022 16:20:26] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Excellent.
[31.10.2022 16:20:39] Sol-[Fae: I will trust you to lead the way.
[31.10.2022 16:20:56] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Very well. I was about to begin with the Nordnebel... together a few deeper advances into it are less risky.
[31.10.2022 16:21:33] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Stuttgart has seen a bit of increased activity in the recent past. Mainly Corsair - but also a very odd Freelancer and a single
[31.10.2022 16:21:34] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hessian.
[31.10.2022 16:21:56] Sol-[Fae: Even a Hessian? Thinking of it - I haven't heard of Armee for a while.
[31.10.2022 16:22:23] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Nein? They made a big show near New Berlin just yesterday - no idea where they all came from. Sector fleet was damaged quite a
[31.10.2022 16:22:24] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: bit...
[31.10.2022 16:23:00] Sol-[Fae: And here I was with naive hope they had a solid shakeup that decreased their activity.
[31.10.2022 16:23:30] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hah, a hope i share - but unfortunately nein. They were very active in the recent days.
[31.10.2022 16:23:53] Sol-[Fae: Hence, it is our responsibility to respond in kind.
[31.10.2022 16:24:16] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Indeed, that it is. Many old and new theatres of conflict have opened.
[31.10.2022 16:24:17] Sol-[Fae: Past is past, but alas, present acts of terrorism overlap that.
[31.10.2022 16:24:54] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: That they do. Frankfurt has seen a Hessian Battlecruiser broadcast propaganda. A lone pirate smuggling artifacts ... even
[31.10.2022 16:24:59] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: a Coalition fighter.
[31.10.2022 16:25:20] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: That last one got me concerned quite a bit. A week ago i found a Coalition battleship of all things in the Ruhrfeld in New
[31.10.2022 16:25:21] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Berlin...
[31.10.2022 16:25:36] Sol-[Fae: The audacity of communists.
[31.10.2022 16:25:52] Sol-[Fae: Perhaps time is nigh Buro reminds them of their place.
[31.10.2022 16:26:13] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Nordnebel seems fine... proceeding to the Ostnebel. And ja - they get bold. Very bold.
[31.10.2022 16:26:58] Sol-[Fae: I still maintain some authority in the Buro... unless all have been replaced to suit the needs of a new Direktor.
[31.10.2022 16:27:15] Sol-[Fae: Might lobby for a few strikes where we please.
[31.10.2022 16:27:40] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Couldn't hurt to hit them at several spots.
[31.10.2022 16:28:10] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: It is almost as if they all group together and revel in their respective misery, hoping to spread it to the House...
[31.10.2022 16:29:17] Sol-[Fae: Something had driven them desperate. Feral desperate, throwing them at firm defense the Rheinwehr poses.
[31.10.2022 16:29:42] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Those that have nothing to lose will fight the fiercest... that is true... *She sighs once.*
[31.10.2022 16:30:19] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Seems like the Ostnebel is ... clear as well. Leaves the biggest of them all...
[31.10.2022 16:30:56] Sol-[Fae: Keep your eyes peeled Oberleutenant. The biggest one usually contains the greatest amount of oddities.
[31.10.2022 16:31:37] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Agreed. Knowing my luck - it will house something of concern, no doubt.
[31.10.2022 16:32:08] Sol-[Fae: You lived long enough to see due promotion to your rank. That speaks of something.
[31.10.2022 16:33:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Fortunate enough to have comrades ... mainly. And a strong sense of when it is the right time to not push ones luck.
[31.10.2022 16:34:16] Sol-[Fae: Been there, too. When the civil war was still going on...
[31.10.2022 16:34:33] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *A deeper breath follows* Dark chapter...
[31.10.2022 16:35:21] Sol-[Fae: Truly so. Everyone's got a mark left by it. I, for one, retired my past position due to... certain prejudice it imposed.
[31.10.2022 16:35:53] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: It left no one untouched, no matter the side. An experience that burrowed itself deeply within Rheinland.
[31.10.2022 16:36:32] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Now ... to my surprise... a third clean nebula? I can hardly believe it.
[31.10.2022 16:36:44] Sol-[Fae: I might be a natural deterrent to marginals.
[31.10.2022 16:36:59] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hah, as i said - fortunate enough to have comrades.
[31.10.2022 16:37:34] Sol-[Fae: A comrade whose name you don't know yet. I'll correct the little inconvenience.
[31.10.2022 16:37:57] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I learned, at least with MND, to ... leave that to them. They either introduce themselves - or they don't.
[31.10.2022 16:38:06] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: But please, be my guest. I appreciate names.
[31.10.2022 16:38:40] Sol-[Fae: I may of not mentioned it yet but it's more of a honorary nomination for a former high rank.
[31.10.2022 16:39:01] Sol-[Fae: Minna Dietlinde-Wilcke is the name.
[31.10.2022 16:40:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *Traudel lifts a brow* Ahh... really? I only recently heard that name - or read it, rather.
[31.10.2022 16:40:36] Sol-[Fae: It's more convenient to disappear after you retire from the Direktor position.
[31.10.2022 16:41:27] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: What a coincidence, mhm. *Amused.*Former Direktor, nein? Ah, ja ja. Exactly, sanctioned the use of a fighter craft to someone.
[31.10.2022 16:41:46] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Is it...? I admit, i had little dealings with the MND so far.
[31.10.2022 16:43:07] Sol-[Fae: I'm technically *still* in service, but it's easier to lay low when you're just "one of many" field agents.
[31.10.2022 16:43:31] Sol-[Fae: Generally, nobody would bat an eye.
[31.10.2022 16:44:47] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Understandably so, a former high ranking officer always causes heads to turn and people to snap to attention.
[31.10.2022 16:45:34] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Ah - and of course, for the record. Even though it may already be known. Oberleutnant Traudel Habermeyer.
[31.10.2022 16:46:01] Sol-[Fae: M-hm. I'm still walking less populated streets.
[31.10.2022 16:46:26] Sol-[Fae: It's a pleasure, Oberleutenant Habermeyer. Or I may call you by the name? You may, if you please.
[31.10.2022 16:47:40] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hoh, that i experience the day... *She shakes her head.* Most do it anyway, without asking. You may, of course. And so shall i
[31.10.2022 16:47:56] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: then. Seeing as it'll most likely aid in laying low, should someone pass by.
[31.10.2022 16:49:03] Sol-[Fae: Right. I'm not exactly paranoid, but careful enough? Certainly.
[31.10.2022 16:49:22] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: After all, there is many Minnas as well as there is Traudels in Rheinland. No doubt.
[31.10.2022 16:49:34] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: It doesn't hurt to exercise a healthy amount of caution.
[31.10.2022 16:50:03] Sol-[Fae: This is what I do. Especially knowing Bretonia's agents might be lurking.
[31.10.2022 16:50:15] Sol-[Fae: They used to try to visit in the open but... that didn't go well.
[31.10.2022 16:51:23] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Mhhhm... did they? One from Liberty did weeks ago. Went similarly well... returned a few times, even.
[31.10.2022 16:51:46] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: But, after lethal force was authorized, he did not return another time. Might've been for the better for both of us...
[31.10.2022 16:52:37] Sol-[Fae: Ja, that was a while ago. A... police liner, and escorts, if I recall correctly.
[31.10.2022 16:53:02] Sol-[Fae: Belligerent locals gave them the courtesy of a warm greeting.
[31.10.2022 16:54:12] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Ahh... always there when needed. Locals. And did the Bretonians not bother to make use of a simple yet incredibly useful
[31.10.2022 16:54:27] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: method? Communication, that is. Always astonishing how many seem to fail to utilize it...
[31.10.2022 16:54:57] Sol-[Fae: It wasn't either of the sides of the conflict but Hessians.
[31.10.2022 16:56:14] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Mhhf... Hessians. Having quite the resurgence if you ask me. Shortly behind them Unioners once more.
[31.10.2022 16:56:58] Sol-[Fae: The Unioners?
[31.10.2022 16:57:08] Sol-[Fae: So much for granting them pardon after the civil war.
[31.10.2022 16:57:17] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: The Unioners.... *She repeats with a sigh, then nods.* Exactly what i am saying!
[31.10.2022 16:57:22] Sol-[Fae: And ignoring any words of sanity and warnings in their regard.
[31.10.2022 16:57:44] Sol-[Fae: Terrorists once are always terrorists, no matter the change of faces.
[31.10.2022 16:57:58] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: We offered them mercy, absolution. And to what did it lead? Their gunboats faking civilian distress calls and ambushing
[31.10.2022 16:58:22] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Rheinwehr forces.. Me, among them chiefly. *Scoffs* Several fighters of theirs are around now, even a cruiser was seen in
[31.10.2022 16:58:34] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hamburg. Got away due to an impressively big ion storm in the end.
[31.10.2022 16:58:44] Sol-[Fae: You know, Traudel.
[31.10.2022 16:58:50] Sol-[Fae: If I'm honest...
[31.10.2022 16:59:01] Sol-[Fae: I speculate that it's the nobles that are to thank for it.
[31.10.2022 16:59:23] Sol-[Fae: There's that individual, Corin Frey. He played a major role by backing the coup.
[31.10.2022 16:59:43] Sol-[Fae: Practically, he was one of the warmongers who started it all.
[31.10.2022 17:00:10] Sol-[Fae: Some agents suggest he's now lecturing students in a university!...
[31.10.2022 17:00:50] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *Frowns* Well... times change, some people are way more adept at using these changes for their own benefit...
[31.10.2022 17:02:02] Sol-[Fae: Sometimes, I have that... urge... of storming in and disposing Rheinland of this filth.
[31.10.2022 17:02:11] Sol-[Fae: But all I'd do is start a manhunt.
[31.10.2022 17:02:23] Sol-[Fae: He's a legal citizen, my ass...
[31.10.2022 17:03:09] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: So the pardon and the subsequent ... well, ... ignorance from the Unioners to it ... is to be attributed to the nobles -
[31.10.2022 17:03:22] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: particularly this Corin Frey, was it?
[31.10.2022 17:03:42] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Ah... understandable. Seeing someone so out of place, living and hiding in plain sight, ... is ... complicated.
[31.10.2022 17:04:27] Sol-[Fae: I couldn't connect all the pieces but a lot suggests the Imperials were encouraged, and backed-
[31.10.2022 17:04:40] Sol-[Fae: -by Bretonia and Unioners.
[31.10.2022 17:04:43] Sol-[Fae: At least, initially.
[31.10.2022 17:05:12] Sol-[Fae: Unioners were known to openly support the Imperial side.
[31.10.2022 17:05:49] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: And you have to forgive me, for better or worse... i spent the majority of that dreaded Civil War on a long winded recon
[31.10.2022 17:06:06] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: campaing aboard an Oder. We were recalled quite late into it all. I can't imagine how it must've been for those that were in
[31.10.2022 17:06:13] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: the middle of it all for the entire duration...
[31.10.2022 17:06:23] Sol-[Fae: It's for the best.
[31.10.2022 17:06:46] Sol-[Fae: I see you're a... reasonable person, Traudel, but times like that affect even the most reasonable of us.
[31.10.2022 17:06:53] Sol-[Fae: In an unpredictable way.
[31.10.2022 17:07:35] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Some call me reasonable, others naive or too kind. It all is a matter of perspective, in the end. But ja, i do consider myself
[31.10.2022 17:07:58] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: equally lucky and burdened. Lucky for not having to carry that burden the veterans of this war have to carry. Burdened by not
[31.10.2022 17:08:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: carrying it...
[31.10.2022 17:08:19] Sol-[Fae: That's the first impression you give off. I don't know you enough for conclusive judgement... yet.
[31.10.2022 17:08:39] Sol-[Fae: *Sigh* You would've been burdened by much more if you took part in it.
[31.10.2022 17:08:48] Sol-[Fae: Starting from picking side, to...
[31.10.2022 17:09:07] Sol-[Fae: ...god knows, your family may of not shared your views.
[31.10.2022 17:09:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... acting against those that picked the other? Mh-mhm.
[31.10.2022 17:09:33] Sol-[Fae: You'd be fighting your own people over some petty differences.
[31.10.2022 17:09:38] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Many of my comrades had to experience that. The rift can still be felt, even without a single word from them about it.
[31.10.2022 17:10:00] Sol-[Fae: Worst case scenario it'd give you a front row seat in a closed casket that's Karlsruhe.
[31.10.2022 17:10:08] Sol-[Fae: Or any other warship that was lost in the war.
[31.10.2022 17:10:39] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *Traaudel takes a deep breath upon the mention of the Karlsruhe.* ... ja ... the Altenburg and her sister ship. A tragic tale,
[31.10.2022 17:10:40] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: one of many.
[31.10.2022 17:11:14] Sol-[Fae: We can only really hope the lesson...
[31.10.2022 17:11:15] Dr.Richard_Batsbak: Guten Tag
[31.10.2022 17:11:17] Sol-[Fae: ...was learned.
[31.10.2022 17:11:26] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Only time will tell. Ah, guten Tag.
[31.10.2022 17:11:33] Sol-[Fae: Guten Tag, Freelancer.
[31.10.2022 17:11:50] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Mhhh... if i am not mistaken, that was Dr. Batsbak.
[31.10.2022 17:12:03] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Creating a new research station in New Berlin.
[31.10.2022 17:12:14] Sol-[Fae: M-hm.
[31.10.2022 17:12:32] Sol-[Fae: I haven't kept track of installations, in all honesty.
[31.10.2022 17:13:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I only know about it, because our patrol routes have been adapted to include this new one.
[31.10.2022 17:13:19] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Only started to take shape, however.
[31.10.2022 17:13:46] Sol-[Fae: All private business starts out small.
[31.10.2022 17:14:02] Sol-[Fae: Some can be just an empty investement if discovered too soon.
[31.10.2022 17:15:00] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Oh, i am glad if it does not attract more of what has happened recently in New Berlin. On the other hand ... maybe it can help
[31.10.2022 17:15:24] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: deal with that. We ... mhhm. How to put it? I came across two Nomads.
[31.10.2022 17:15:34] Sol-[Fae: *Minna lowers her head and rubs her temples for a few seconds, deeply inhaling and letting out a heavy sigh.*
[31.10.2022 17:15:40] Sol-[Fae: The aliens, too?
[31.10.2022 17:16:00] Sol-[Fae: Always lurk where the chaos is.
[31.10.2022 17:16:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *Traudel keeps quiet for a moment, then nods.* Ja. Them, too. Independently from each other, that is. Which ... makes it worse,
[31.10.2022 17:16:11] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: i think.
[31.10.2022 17:16:17] Sol-[Fae: Remember to shoot first, and not to communicate with it.
[31.10.2022 17:16:43] Sol-[Fae: Only acceptable state for an alien is disintegrated state.
[31.10.2022 17:17:53] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Mhhhhm... ja. About that. During the first encounter i ... hesitated. It was my first direct interaction with them. Did relay
[31.10.2022 17:18:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: my position and tried to find out if it were more than one. Sadly, no one came.
[31.10.2022 17:19:06] Sol-[Fae: Never hesitate. They sharply sense it, and vulnerable mind is ten times worse than inappropriate equipment...
[31.10.2022 17:19:11] Sol-[Fae: ...when you're facing an alien.
[31.10.2022 17:19:47] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: It ... ... did its .... thing. 'Talked' to me, if you could call it that. Almost like a ... child. *Shaking her head.* Wanting
[31.10.2022 17:20:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: to play and or swim. I did fight it, mind you. I wouldn't have let it go. It got the upper hand ... ... then ... left. Spared
[31.10.2022 17:20:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: me.
[31.10.2022 17:20:28] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Reported myself immediately afterwards for intensive medical examination... ... ...
[31.10.2022 17:21:02] Sol-[Fae: You made the right decision.
[31.10.2022 17:21:12] Sol-[Fae: Can never be too careful after dealing with one.
[31.10.2022 17:21:59] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Good to hear. This ... precise point is why i did not issue the order to fire on the second one right away a few days later.
[31.10.2022 17:22:39] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: It kept about ... ten to twelve klicks from Planet New Berlin. Observed - two Unioners appeared during that.
[31.10.2022 17:23:02] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: They ... left again. Sector fleet was holding position, to not let either of those two groups, Unioners or that alien, close to
[31.10.2022 17:23:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: the planet.
[31.10.2022 17:23:27] Sol-[Fae: Now you know. Though, aliens need direct physical contact for... 'infection'.
[31.10.2022 17:23:49] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Well, after the Unioners were gone we approached the alien to deal with it. That is when all our instruments started to show
[31.10.2022 17:24:12] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: various extreme readings. It glowed - a lot. The glow subsided ... i was about to order them to fire ... and it did it again.
[31.10.2022 17:24:29] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Then just vanished. We suspect a sort of jump technology. But its size was that of a Banshee.
[31.10.2022 17:25:01] Sol-[Fae: It'd be smart to pass all data you possess to acting Agents.
[31.10.2022 17:25:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I did not want to risk an unforeseen chain reaction by overloading or destroying it in the middle of whatever it did.
[31.10.2022 17:25:20] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: The Oberkommando received my reports - i trust they will act accordingly.
[31.10.2022 17:26:05] Sol-[Fae: Oberkommando... just do it yourself. In that case there's no time for dawdling or relying on procedures.
[31.10.2022 17:26:21] Sol-[Fae: Aliens are a special case and it's not the Military's jurisdiction.
[31.10.2022 17:26:26] Sol-[Fae: But a department of the Buro.
[31.10.2022 17:27:26] Sol-[Fae: I mean... yes, Military deal with threat in the field, but studying the potentially dangerous technology?
[31.10.2022 17:27:41] Sol-[Fae: I believe you understand it's better done by competent personnel.
[31.10.2022 17:29:07] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: That i may, ja. *Traudel hesitates a brief moment.* Still. With all due respect, Minna. I will not overstep my limits in this
[31.10.2022 17:29:25] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: regard. It is not my call to make.
[31.10.2022 17:31:04] Sol-[Fae: M-hm.
[31.10.2022 17:31:08] Sol-[Fae: Do as you see fit.
[31.10.2022 17:31:42] Sol-[Fae: I'm not here to suggest you to overlap the procedures, too.
[31.10.2022 17:33:51] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I am glad you understand. The further i advance, the more i get into situations like these. *With a light sigh.* But how is the
[31.10.2022 17:34:11] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: saying? As our challenges grow, so do we?
[31.10.2022 17:34:26] Sol-[Fae: Sounds about right.
[31.10.2022 17:34:57] Sol-[Fae: Now, I'll excuse myself. Call me if, and when you'll have a day off and wish to spend it with me.
[31.10.2022 17:35:08] Sol-[Fae: I wouldn't mind going informal.
[31.10.2022 17:35:16] Sol-[Fae: Auf Wiedersehen.
[31.10.2022 17:35:41] Sol-[Fae: I think that's the right way of writing it, anyway...
[31.10.2022 17:35:42] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Very well - Auf Wiedersehen, Minna. It was a pleasure so far.
[31.10.2022 17:35:49] Sol-[Fae: Likewise.
About six hours later the Hitman Agency informed me about a Coalition snubcraft they had spotted and taken out in Stuttgart. With this sudden change and their presence there, i took Bootsmann Fischer as well as both Hitmen with me on a second patrol. We did not find any enemy craft - but we found their doing. An abandoned, yet functioning ARKG-B6 Behemoth transport. Cargo hold full of luxury consumer goods. Energy was fluctuating, but no battle damage was visible. No escape pods in the vicinity either. Upon further investigation we managed to gain access to the flight recorder. The crew was taken hostage by Red Hessians, i surmise from the nearby Ostnebel. With knowledge about recently abducted people in Stuttgart, i ordered the ship to be towed back to sector E3 for thorough examination. It has been moored there for the time being.
[31.10.2022 23:24:44] Hitman-30: Well, threat taken care of.
[31.10.2022 23:24:51] Hitman-76: Lock: Excellent.
[31.10.2022 23:24:54] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... a threat?
[31.10.2022 23:24:58] Hitman-30: Excuse me while I repair the damage those missiles did to me.
[31.10.2022 23:24:59] Hitman-76: Lock: Coalition Vessel.
[31.10.2022 23:25:04] Hitman-76: Lock: Roger.
[31.10.2022 23:25:07] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Certainly, 30.
[31.10.2022 23:25:13] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... Coalition? _Again_?
[31.10.2022 23:25:23] Hitman-76: Lock: Seems so, but dispatched with easy.
[31.10.2022 23:25:31] Hitman-76: Lock: Or ease rather.
[31.10.2022 23:25:33] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Geez, those guys still exsist?
[31.10.2022 23:25:49] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Oh ja. Had one just yesterday in Frankfurt.
[31.10.2022 23:25:54] Hitman-76: Lock: Of course they do... they won't give up on that war they "won" all those years ago.
[31.10.2022 23:26:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Now another one in Stuttgart or further out... hrm.
[31.10.2022 23:27:08] Hitman-30: There we go, good as new.
[31.10.2022 23:27:28] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Ah, you must be the new hitman. I am Bootsman Jurgen Fischer.
[31.10.2022 23:27:38] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Glad to hear - where was that Coalition vessel taken out, 30?
[31.10.2022 23:27:38] Hitman-30: Greetings.
[31.10.2022 23:27:51] Hitman-30: Right on the other side of the Jump Gate.
[31.10.2022 23:28:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Oberleutnant Traudel Habermeyer, delighted. *She nods once.* ... so, one in Frankfurt. Now one here. Interesting...
[31.10.2022 23:28:36] Hitman-30: Callsign, Sasha.Issakova.
[31.10.2022 23:28:42] Hitman-76: Lock: Scouts possibly, been long time since I heard of an assault from their capitals.
[31.10.2022 23:28:59] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... i spotted one of their capitals here in the Ruhrfeld weeks ago.
[31.10.2022 23:29:06] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Sasha.Issakova?
[31.10.2022 23:29:17] Hitman-76: Lock: Well thats -one- ship, I meant more a whole war fleet.
[31.10.2022 23:29:54] Hitman-30: Yes.
[31.10.2022 23:30:02] Hitman-30: It was a snub-craft.
[31.10.2022 23:30:14] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Where there is one, there may be more. Ah - then it was the one that escaped in Frankfurt ... very good.
[31.10.2022 23:30:41] Hitman-30: Not a big deal, we Hitman will take care of any threat coming here.
[31.10.2022 23:30:58] Hitman-76: Lock: Of course, ever since we came here that is our goal, to purge every threat.
[31.10.2022 23:31:17] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: So i heard. The Oberkommando has taken notice of that even.
[31.10.2022 23:31:24] Hitman-30: I may not be equiped to deal with larger crafts, but I can handle the smaller ones just fine.
[31.10.2022 23:31:40] Hitman-76: Lock: The Oberkommando himself? truly?
[31.10.2022 23:32:20] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Some among their ranks did, ja. I heard a few higher ups mention it. Especially a recently returned Admiral seems ... quite
[31.10.2022 23:32:23] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: intrigued.
[31.10.2022 23:32:35] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Don't know more, i'm afraid.
[31.10.2022 23:32:50] Hitman-76: Lock: Hmm... interesting.
[31.10.2022 23:34:23] Hitman-76: Lock: And from the veteran yesterday, I was told about something of "compensation" but I can't imagine what that might be.
[31.10.2022 23:34:43] Hitman-76: Lock: We have always served the houses, big some grand reward for serving Rheinland isn't what I expected.
[31.10.2022 23:35:10] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Ah, Herr Klein? Ja, of course. Well - payment, of course. And word of mouth, i am very certain.
[31.10.2022 23:35:51] Hitman-76: Lock: Will know when happens, no need to guess now.
[31.10.2022 23:36:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Indeed... speaking of guesses. I dislike them. And i do not wish to guess in regards to potentially more Coalition in
[31.10.2022 23:36:17] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Stuttgart...
[31.10.2022 23:36:42] Hitman-76: Lock: Hmm... would a patrol make you feel better about it?
[31.10.2022 23:37:15] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Fischer? Prepare for a patrol. Lock, 30? Consider yourself invited to this... i have use for good company.
[31.10.2022 23:37:18] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Oh but certainly it would.
[31.10.2022 23:38:02] Hitman-76: Lock: Alright, on your six Traudel.
[31.10.2022 23:38:23] Hitman-30: Alright.
[31.10.2022 23:38:23] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Ja, ready when you are.
[31.10.2022 23:38:32] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: We will begin with the lane network itself. After that ... the three Walker clouds there.
[31.10.2022 23:38:39] Hitman-76: Lock: Thirty form up, and stay vigilant.
[31.10.2022 23:38:47] Hitman-30: Understood.
[31.10.2022 23:38:48] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Good - proceeding to jump.
[31.10.2022 23:38:55] Hitman-76: Lock: Roger that, after you.
[31.10.2022 23:40:14] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I did sweep the system way earlier today ... found nothing however.
[31.10.2022 23:40:28] Hitman-76: Lock: Wait...
[31.10.2022 23:40:38] Hitman-76: Lock: Something on sennsros.
[31.10.2022 23:40:45] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I am picking up ... something. Ja.
[31.10.2022 23:40:45] Hitman-76: Lock: Sensors rather.
[31.10.2022 23:40:51] Hitman-30: Going to check it.
[31.10.2022 23:40:55] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Me too.
[31.10.2022 23:41:57] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Anyone got a clearer signal ...?
[31.10.2022 23:42:15] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Over there!
[31.10.2022 23:42:16] Hitman-30: Yes, to me.
[31.10.2022 23:42:17] Hitman-76: Lock: Found it.
[31.10.2022 23:42:36] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Acknowledged, forming up on your position.
[31.10.2022 23:42:50] Hitman-76: Lock: Its a... derelict...
[31.10.2022 23:42:51] Hitman-30: It's just a transport.
[31.10.2022 23:43:12] Hitman-76: Lock: There is no life signs on that thing as far as the sensors go, but alot of goods on it....
[31.10.2022 23:43:27] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Rheinland design, yes. Scan i- ... already done? Wunderbar.
[31.10.2022 23:43:48] Hitman-76: Lock: Odd the fact the shields are up... and yet nobody on the ship.
[31.10.2022 23:43:52] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: No lifesigns? Any pods around? *Traudel checks her instruments once more.*
[31.10.2022 23:43:57] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Ja, very odd.
[31.10.2022 23:43:57] Hitman-30: What if I take its sheilds down ?
[31.10.2022 23:44:03] Hitman-30: See if it responds?
[31.10.2022 23:44:11] Hitman-76: Lock: Not recommended... I done that few times to a few.
[31.10.2022 23:44:17] Hitman-76: Lock: Had some... not good results.
[31.10.2022 23:44:23] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Hold your fire for the moment, 30. I want a full investigation of the current situation first.
[31.10.2022 23:44:29] Hitman-30: Alright.
[31.10.2022 23:45:08] Hitman-76: Lock: Hmm... shields up... lights on.. odd.
[31.10.2022 23:45:20] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ....mhmh, nein. Absolutely nothing around, except us four and this one here... visual markings on its hull?
[31.10.2022 23:45:21] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: I don't like this.
[31.10.2022 23:45:41] Hitman-76: Lock: Hull seems fine just... only strange thing is the fact nobody is on it.
[31.10.2022 23:45:45] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Keep an eye on the Ostnebel ... this smells like bait. [31.10.2022 23:45:45] Wreckage_10: [Power Fluctuation.]
[31.10.2022 23:45:52] Hitman-76: Lock: What the... [31.10.2022 23:45:52] Wreckage_10: [Shield Deactivated.]
[31.10.2022 23:46:05] Hitman-76: Lock: Sheilds are down and all the lights went off... no power from the ship all a sudden.
[31.10.2022 23:46:17] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Now that is ... peculiar...
[31.10.2022 23:46:20] Hitman-30: This looks like a spooky wreck, I'm going to shoot it once.
[31.10.2022 23:46:25] Hitman-76: Lock: Hold fire!
[31.10.2022 23:46:25] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Still don't like this.
[31.10.2022 23:46:31] Hitman-76: Lock: 30!
[31.10.2022 23:46:43] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: *Traudel lifts a brow*
[31.10.2022 23:46:44] Hitman-30: Alright, thought it may drop a present *gigles*
[31.10.2022 23:46:56] Hitman-76: Lock: *sighs* Now isn't the time to goof around.
[31.10.2022 23:47:00] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Trigger happy newcomer, Lock. *While observing the transport*
[31.10.2022 23:47:06] Hitman-30: Look!
[31.10.2022 23:47:16] Hitman-30: It did drop something!
[31.10.2022 23:47:16] Hitman-76: Lock: And-.... what the... the cargo bay door has opened...
[31.10.2022 23:47:19] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: The hell.....ir's dropping some of the goods.
[31.10.2022 23:47:30] Hitman-30: So my instinct were correct.
[31.10.2022 23:47:43] Hitman-30: I'll shoot it more on .. some non vulnerable spots.
[31.10.2022 23:47:47] Hitman-76: Lock: I don't like this... ship functioning then not.. and door has opened... SOMETHING if not someone is on that thing.
[31.10.2022 23:48:04] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Debatable. You damaged unknown property and it now spills its contents arou-...
[31.10.2022 23:48:22] Hitman-76: Lock: Hold fire... seems to be enough...
[31.10.2022 23:48:42] Hitman-76: Lock: 30, drop some for the Rheinlanders so they can inspect them too.
[31.10.2022 23:48:47] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: No weapons on this thing....
[31.10.2022 23:49:00] Hitman-76: Lock: Of course not, it isn't a warship.
[31.10.2022 23:49:02] Hitman-30: Nothing unusual here, just goods.
[31.10.2022 23:49:20] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I will have a look at the next sample.
[31.10.2022 23:49:24] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Well, ja, but even freighters usually have SOME sort of weapons.
[31.10.2022 23:49:24] Hitman-76: Lock: Just bunch of... jewlery and such...
[31.10.2022 23:49:45] Hitman-76: Lock: Not all do, some want to pack more armor or better cargo space outfits to their ships.
[31.10.2022 23:49:52] Hitman-76: Lock: Which is why they hire more escorts.
[31.10.2022 23:50:13] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Makes sense. *starts sifting through the goods that he picked up*
[31.10.2022 23:50:13] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... these are... ... well, indeed. Optronics... jewelry. Clothes... mhmh.
[31.10.2022 23:50:30] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Fischer - see if you see any personal information or other hints to who that might belong to.
[31.10.2022 23:50:34] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: I will do the same...
[31.10.2022 23:50:55] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Right. *continues to sift through*
[31.10.2022 23:51:01] Hitman-76: Lock: I just got a box of jewelrry, rings... more rings... oh and a necklace.
[31.10.2022 23:51:20] Hitman-76: Lock: Hmm... nope no hidden pannels on this sucker...
[31.10.2022 23:51:27] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Stamped? Inscriptions? ... anything? Check the inside of the rings, even initials will be _something_ to work with. [31.10.2022 23:51:38] Wreckage_10: [Power Reactivated.]
[31.10.2022 23:51:45] Hitman-76: Lock: Already checked, all blank and-
[31.10.2022 23:51:55] Hitman-76: Lock: What in the... power surges back to online status.
[31.10.2022 23:51:58] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: *looks up* Hey, it came back on! [31.10.2022 23:52:05] Wreckage_10: [Transmitting Flight Record: enter /showinfo on command]
[31.10.2022 23:52:30] Hitman-76: Lock: Oh my...
[31.10.2022 23:52:30] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Oh my.......
[31.10.2022 23:52:33] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Ah - excellent! Something to work with.
[31.10.2022 23:52:51] Hitman-76: Lock: Explaigns why nobody is on it...
[31.10.2022 23:53:03] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Indeed.
[31.10.2022 23:53:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... ... damn Hessians.
[31.10.2022 23:53:19] Hitman-76: Lock: Monsters indeed...
[31.10.2022 23:53:25] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Ja....
[31.10.2022 23:53:27] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Unexpected that they left so much cargo. The crew might have been even more valuable then...
[31.10.2022 23:53:43] Hitman-76: Lock: Which suggests the theory of a ordered hit.
[31.10.2022 23:54:24] Hitman-76: Lock: An important figure who seems to be a threat to the Hessians could have been on that ship.
[31.10.2022 23:54:39] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Refrain from further damaging it - that is an order. Everything that will lead to the captured crew is, from this point
[31.10.2022 23:54:44] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: onwards, highly valuable.
[31.10.2022 23:55:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: With it's questionable power supply... ... mhmh. That will be a longer flight. Lock?
[31.10.2022 23:55:35] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Your gunboat doesn't happen to have towing cables, does it?
[31.10.2022 23:55:37] Hitman-76: Lock: Hmm.... there IS a ship tow on this thing, smallest ship to mount one being a gunship after all.
[31.10.2022 23:55:51] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: ... perfect.
[31.10.2022 23:55:52] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Wunderbar.
[31.10.2022 23:56:32] Hitman-76: Lock: Although... max speed with one isn't fast, can only do a whooping fifty meters a second.
[31.10.2022 23:56:46] Hitman-76: Lock: Which looks like this if you were wondering...
[31.10.2022 23:56:56] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: So fast.....*he said sarcastiaclly*
[31.10.2022 23:57:13] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Destination is sector E3. That will be fine ... i will not put extra stress on potentially damaged sublight engines.
[31.10.2022 23:57:15] Hitman-76: Lock: And correc that... actually seems it does fifty-four not fifty.
[31.10.2022 23:57:28] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: That cuts down on time, even better. *Halfway amused.*
[31.10.2022 23:57:40] Hitman-76: Lock: Everything bit helps.
[31.10.2022 23:58:05] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Near Stuttgart and the Westfalen it will be a breeze to take the next steps, but first we have to get it there.
[31.10.2022 23:58:21] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Let's get started then.
[31.10.2022 23:59:08] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Fischer, 30? Take formation. We will ensure the Hessians do not come back and ... changed their mind about the goods aboard.
[31.10.2022 23:59:16] Hitman-30: Alright. [31.10.2022 23:59:17] Wreckage_10: [Tractor Beam; Locked]
[31.10.2022 23:59:24] Hitman-76: Lock: Got it...
[31.10.2022 23:59:32] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: On your mark, Lock. We got your back.
[31.10.2022 23:59:36] [RM]Bmn-Jurgen.Fischer: Formed up on Lock.
[31.10.2022 23:59:47] Hitman-76: Lock: Right, keep close, and stay ever vigilant.
[31.10.2022 23:59:54] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Business as usual.
[01.11.2022 00:00:07] Hitman-76: Lock: Setting drives to towing speed.

[01.11.2022 00:05:42] [RM]Obl-Trau.Habermeyer: Not sure if its explosives - but he seems to need regular opportunities to fire upon targets.
[01.11.2022 00:05:44] Hitman-76: Lock: I used to be like him y'know, then... things happened.
