Concerned factions are welcome to submit their proposed infocard changes to us, with relevant RP links and even canon matters (if it was left severely outdated), so we can consider whether some changes make sense or not. We simply need to know what will each faction will get from it and if it is even valuable or useful to them.
No one can expect from us, story devs, to browse through all those numerous infocards and keep them updated. Not because we do not want to, but because we have too many things to handle and keep track of already - not mentioning that we also like to play the game or we have other hobbies.
Just don't bother with Discord alliances, please.
So you want people to do all the work you then take either months to provide any sort of feedback on or ignore
altogether (my experience with Dev request forms).
Until you open the Dev process up to the community and put in processes beyond the present buddy and random messaging system I'd be shocked if anyone would be willing to put in the effort. You are working hard but not smart, that's why the in-game canon is an outdated mess.
Note the date on this (a year ago) since then there was no system put in place to start working on that with the help of the community. You don't even have to go far in how to do this, just look at your predecessors who made the ID simplification rework happen with inputs from the whole community and how they did it with the engagement of the said community.
