And yes what Pisses me off is that the Lore makes no Sense of the Ship. And then to change it so that HOGOSHA has access to the Liner is making even LESS sense.
PS: Orbital OPPERATES in Kusari. Or do i have to Remind you of the Hawaii and the Liner Mcinack (Ok the last one got destroyed, But it was Stationed in New Tokyo)
PPS: Also Orbital is a Neutral Entity that have serverd as a Middleman and Neutral Grounds for lots of Goverment Conventions and Peace Negotions in the past.
