Since we returned from Orkney, some time was taken off to take a closer look at the Azurite situation we have on our hands. I was really hoping that Gallia would let us stay in their border systems for a longer time, but I suppose with all that has happened there in the last several years, they don’t take anymore chances.
Some manipulation properties were found from the research on Azurite, looks like it could interact with some other elements. The reports from the science team have been promising thus far. A lot of intel was used from Knossos and other ruins we uncovered to learn more about what Azurite can do.
The end goal with all of this is learning a way that we could hopefully augment at least one of our subsystems to give us that extra edge when its needed. Procuring more advanced military-grade equipment likely won’t be an option. The coming few weeks should be interesting.

Took some time catching up on comms that were pushed aside during the last week. One of our courier ships flying in from Omega 41 had received word that some of the local Zoners there and nearby systems had heard of us and wanted us to investigate for possible Nomad incursions. Several of their transports had gone missing during the past few weeks with little explanation, and they do not have the manpower to search large areas and cannot afford to lose many more ships.
As soon as a few housekeeping things are taken care of, we will move ahead into that sector to see what is going on. There has been a little downtime recently so it would be good to get back into the swing of things.
