Ah got it, me dumb, it's just Navy tech , order just stole it, we just have to squint eyes and say they developed the same way in the 33 years ish.
@Wildkins can you confirm this? Or will we be able to see e.g. LPI trying to fine and shoot Navy for flying tech of a "hostile faction - Order" as laws say?
