Guten Abend Offiziere.
I have recently finished my snap inspection, which was requested by Großadmiral Henze. I have to tell you from the get go, our existing neural net listing is significantly outdated. What's worse, two of the bases I inspected show clear signs of storing and manufacturing exotic equipment for which I could not find licenses in the database. While no one attempted to challenge me at the docks, I have a feeling that these individuals even now will begin covering up any wrong-doing.
What follows is a list of installations "out in the open". I cannot be sure that more do not exist on the edges of the elliptic, but that is a problem for our police counterparts I should think.
Facility is advertising illegal commodities for sale: REDACTED, REDACTED, REDACTED. I did not see any obvious signs in public warehouses. I recommend securing a comprehensive boarding/search warrant
Facility offering the following equipment for sale: REDACTED
Facility is advertising the purchase of illegal commodities for fabrication: REDACTED. Unclear if the license for manufacturing includes access to required quantities.
Manufacturing facilities: MOX plant (under construction)
Facility is within proposed location parameters
Facility is currently under construction.
The unredacted versions of this guncam and bodycam footage are to be acquired on a need-to-know basis. If you believe that you did not receive this information when you should have, contact me on my personal node (//pm Barrier on discord), and I will confer with Gradm Henze as his time permits.
On a final note, despite rumors of attacks near Stuttgart, my patrol was quiet.
Für den Kaiser! Für das Volk! Für Rheinland!
Hochachtungsvoll,
Elias Beist
