To whom it may concern,

MacRory's Irregulars would like to request a licence for a Bustard class ship, [>MRI<]Drake's Fortune, to traverse through Kusari's sovereign space. We do not plan to conduct any sort of operations with said ship in systems belonging to Kusari, the ship's area of operations will be in border words, but given the separated nature of these regions we might need to transit through Empire of Kusari when moving from one border word region to another. The ship will be eventualy equiped with Jump Drive device, which we would like to request a licence for too. This equipement wont be used inside Kusari's borders, except for extremely dire circumstances. The appropriate forms are attached to this message, the relevant fees will be promptly paid in case the requests will be granted.

Reason behind the license request: The ships's purpose is to safeguard convoys of rare metals and other resources sourced from regions outside of house space. Given the nature of our contracts and the separated nature of border word regions, it might be necessary for said convoys to traverse systems belonging to Kusari Empire en route to their destination. The request was thus put in place to ensure the Carrier can stay with the convoys throughout their whole jurney.

Reason behind the license request: The ships's purpose is to safeguard convoys of rare metals and other resources sourced from regions outside of house space. The Jump Drive's purpose is to provide a means of quick evacuation for the convoy in case of hostile encounters in independent or border systems. We do not expect the need to use the device inside Kusari space, the license was put in place to allow the ship to stay with the convoys when transfering through Kusari between two border word regions.
