This is battlegroup-commander Amelia Levett - Carrier CPW-Pravo_na_Zerno / Calling NWI High Command.
Following Fujian orbitals integration into NWI, integration of its defensive battlegroup is only expected.

Given the number of ships, this being more reassignment than recruitment and the common dislike for paperwork among my sailors. I shall take it as a prudent move to cut the paperwork and do it in bulk. Excuse us for breaking usual protocol.

In short summary, each commander originates from planet JiangXi, having parents who migrated from Volgograd (Russian names) or defected from Bretonia and Libery (English names). All commanders completed pilot training on JiangXi.
Except Aurelia Akerley - defection from Liberty 817. Rudy Fitin - Defection from Liberty 824. Both had a decade to earn my trust and to complete evaluations needed for command of their craft.
