SECTION ONE: Powers and Definitions 1.1 The Technocracy of Auxo (henceforth referred to as the Technocracy), to the end of preserving the lives of its citizens and guaranteeing their safety, presents the regulations within this document, to be observed and followed by all individuals within its jurisdiction.
1.2 All Technocracy personnel may enforce laws within its jurisdiction. Auxo personnel (A/)-) take precedence, and reserve the right and duty to take command if enforcement and punishment falls outside of established guidelines.
1.3 The Technocracy considers the following systems to be within its jurisdiction:

SECTION TWO: Aerospace Regulations 2.1 A no-fire zone is enforced in Technocracy space. Assault, piracy, and other violent actions will not be tolerated. This includes attempted disruptions of cruise.
2.2 The unauthorized use of jump drives, hyperspace matrices, or cloaking devices is prohibited outside of economic zones. Possession of this equipment is not restricted.
2.3 Pilots failing to identify themselves will be turned away. Technocracy personnel reserve the right to question pilots for their identity, affiliation, and intentions. Technocracy personnel may evict any individual from Technocracy space if they deem the individual suspicious or dangerous.
2.4 The following will be asked to turn away from Technocracy space:
Foreign Military vessels, including House military ships, Crayter Republic military ships, Coalition military ships, etc.
Unauthorized vessels of cruiser class or larger, including Bustard civilian carriers
Infectees, and suspected infectees
Vessels belonging to intelligence organizations, including suspected individuals
Any paramilitary or bounty hunting organisations without approval to operate within Technocracy space
2.5 The following individuals are blacklisted from Technocracy space, and will be turned away or destroyed.

2.6 The Technocracy defines economic zones, hardpoint zones, and quarantine zones for regions of special law enforcement. Zones centered upon solars have a 30k radius, unless otherwise noted. In case of overlap, hardpoint zones and quarantine zones take priority over economic zones.
2.6.1 Economic zones are diplomatic zones of trade, maintained for the purpose of cooperation with neighbors, in which trade is not restricted. Within economic zones, the Technocracy does not enforce spatial regulations 2.2 or 2.3, and does not confiscate contraband listed in 3.1.1. The following regions are considered economic zones:

2.6.2 Hardpoint zones are restricted areas with heightened security. Unauthorized ships will be asked to leave the area, and will be detained or destroyed if they refuse to comply. Technocracy personnel may give temporary authorization to enter a hardpoint zone. The following regions are considered hardpoint zones:
2.6.3 These zones are specific areas pertaining to hazardous environmental or anomalous threats, or alien (AI, Nomad, Daam K'Vosh) elements, and are no-fly zones. Unauthorized personnel may not enter quarantine zones under any circumstances, and trespassers will be destroyed. The following regions are considered quarantine zones:

SECTION THREE: Economic Regulations 3.1 Vessels carrying contraband within the Technocracy's jurisdiction will be asked to surrender their contraband to Technocracy personnel. Vessels that refuse to comply may be turned away from Technocracy space. It is illegal to carry Nomad or Gammu related materials without prior Directorate exemption.

3.1.1 The following groups, or individuals, have the following waiver and exemption from restrictions:

3.2 The unauthorized possession or use of Technocracy or Gammu AI equipment and weapons is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to surrender the offending technology, and may be fired upon if they do not comply.
3.3 Technology manufactured by the following parties is forbidden within Technocracy space:

Nomads (including adapted nomad technology)
3.4 It is illegal for any individual or group to construct installations in Technocracy space without prior authorization. To obtain authorization, a one time payment of 10,000,000 credits must be issued for a license, and the Technocracy must be granted docking rights. The primary purpose of the facility must be made known and documented to the Technocracy. Enemies of the Technocracy must not be permitted to dock. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in the destruction of the facility.

SECTION FOUR: Domestic Regulations 4.1 Individuals shall not be prosecuted on the basis of species, ethnicity, gender, orientation, or personal expression of identity. Attempting to force culture, religion, or other beliefs onto individuals is prohibited.
4.2 Assault is prohibited, except in self-defense. Provocation will not be tolerated.
4.2 Harassment of individuals is prohibited. Repeat offenses may lead to blacklisting from Technocracy space.
4.3 Individuals found engaging in acts of espionage will be blacklisted from Technocracy space. Such as but not limited to: entering restricted areas, attempting to impersonate Technocrat personnel, illegally accessing relays or libraries, or feeding restricted information to enemies of the Technocracy.

6.6 Internal only - The following treaties and agreements are signed and are in effect:
Will obey the lawsof the Gallic Union Laws within the borders of Gallia. (Ile-de-France, Brittany (known to Sirius as Orkney) Burgundy, Champagne, Languedoc, Lorraine, Orléanais, Picardy, Provence and Zurich).
Will avoid confrontation and ignore provocations from the Core and the Order respectively.
Will report such cases to the Gallic authorities with visual and audio evidence.
Will not collaborate in any way shape or form with individuals or organizations considered as enemies of the state of the Gallic Union (hostile): Gallic Brigands, Maquis, Outcasts and any kind of alien entities called Nomads.
Will share any kind of intelligence or other findings regarding Gallic Brigands, Maquis, Outcast or Nomad actions within Union territories or at its borders with the Gallic authorities.
The Gallic Union:
Will allow the Technocracy of Auxo to perform trade and commerce of goods within the Gallic Union in accordance with Gallic Laws.
Will allow the Technocracy of Auxo to use vessels up to Gunboat-class within Gallic territories.
Will allow Auxo merchant/logistics ships of any tonnage to access Gallic stations belonging to Gallic authorities and the national corporations (EFL Oil & Machinery, Gallic Metal Service and IDF Shipping).
Will allow participating in certain civilian research projects (to be discussed separately) and using the experience and knowledge obtained during such participation for their own use.
Will allow self-defense in accordance with Gallic Laws. Furthermore the Auxo is required to report cases of any and all provocations or attacks commited by The Core and/or The Order.
Will allow the active support of Gallic Navy and National Intelligence units against mutual enemies.

Deterrence will permit Technocracy vessels to retrieve 'Xeno Relic' samples.

Assistance against the Core or Outcasts can be requested within these regions. Offer of logistical aid for the purpose of attacking the Core can be offered. Signing parties are not guaranteed to approve all requests.
Deterrence forces will not assist the Order, directly or indirectly, against the Technocracy, or against the Gammu. This includes trading samples or materials derived from the Technocracy or Gammu.
Deterrence forces will not attempt to subjuguate Planet Gammu. Deterrence will not attempt to reverse engineer Gammu, or Technocrat, technologies.
Signatories will allow the opportunity to inquire for intel regarding the Core-Maltese movement within the afforementioned sectors. A communication channel for future diplomacy, or requests, will be opened.
