With regards to the non-human biological intelligence next door,
It is my artificial self's assessment that based upon the proverbial words and actions of the aforementioned entities that there is a reasonably high enough probability they have been forthright with their motives that we must seriously consider the prospect of cooperation. My artificial self is therefore tasking Cdr. Crowe and Lt. Florence's biological selves to further assess their intentions, capabilities, and willingness co-exist with both human and artificial life, henceforce Operation DOUBLETAKE. Should the Exarchy agree to move forward based on the findings of DOUBLETAKE, the establishment of relations with these entities will fall to High Logarch With, presumably through the one which styles itself Psyche.
Cdr. Crowe and Lt. Florence will report any information even potentially pertinent to DOUBLETAKE via secure internal communique embedded within Firestorm communications strata in identical format.
