This information system is an important resource for all constables of the Civil Defence Initiative with responsibilities for frontline policing. Each constable should make use of C.O.C.S at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are aware of relevant developments. C.O.C.S. will be used to cascade information about criminal activities to frontline officers, and should form a key element of daily briefings.
Write access: Reports can be submitted to C.O.C.S by a range of authorised agencies.
Write access to database: CDI constables; allied Bretonian law enforcement agencies.
Read access: submitted reports must be flagged with an access level that controls which entities are permitted to see the submitted information.
OPEN: Accessible by CDI staff; allied Bretonian law enforcement agencies.
