I got some sleep. I had a very nice dream about being back home where there was some actual nice food instead of whatever the pubs serve and claim to be food. Then I woke up and I was reminded about how I learned to sleep through the sound of the train roaring past my Hab every ninety minutes. Christ... Space today was a disaster. We had an encounter with the Cloud 9 again, the OS&C Longhorn. There was a very long and drawn out and confusing series of events that led to us writing up a citation for the ship and fining it for violation of Regulation 3.6 under the United Kingdom of Bretonia's Charter of Interstellar Laws (Deeds Prejudicial to the Good Conduct of Public Affairs). The commander of the ship was loitering, testing weapons, and perhaps even employing a Corsair fighter (which may or may not have been flown by an Outcast, ship ID Arturo.Rasgado). The conversation was long, very nonsensical, and ultimately felt like an utter waste of time. We eventually agreed to a compromise and I escorted the ship out towards the Tau 31 gate. However on the way there, we encountered a KNF ship in orbit of Leeds ([KNF]Tonbokiri|66th). Appletree and Pickerton remained behind to deal with him as I escorted the OSC ship out. Their Corsair friend tagged along, having agreed to leave through the 31 gate before suddenly becoming aggressive and attacking. Pickering came to back me up, and in the midst of the battle, aliens appeared! I know it sounds insane, but an Order ship (Order|Mckinley) was present as well, soon followed by a BIS Agent by the codename of Sorcerer. I will attach further information and logs below, but I had to retreat from the battlezone after my ship was heavily damaged. Apparently Pickering chased the Corsair away not long after I escaped. Christ I may actually owe the dumb bastard a drink for that one. I put in to New London for repairs, but it sounds like Agent Sorcerer wanted to do a bit of follow-up questioning. He however quickly became occupied with the alien, so we didn't get a chance to talk. I also think I may have slipped up and said some stuff while under stress to the OS&C commander that likely will come back to bite me in the ass. Just please refer them to Hopper in HR I guess if it is about my previous employment history.
