[Systems/Bases] Foyle Shipyard's "Bar" causes a game crash

Bug: Foyle Shipyard offers a bar, but if you click on the bar, your game crashes.

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Foyle Shipyard
  
• See there is no bar available.
  
• Go to e.g. the ship vendor.
  
• Now you see, there is a bar symbol and a commodity seller. The commodity seller does not cause issues.
  
• Click on the bar. The game will crash to desktop.
  

Additional Information: Tried 3 times to confirm.
