Yes, I did see that, but there's also 'from time to time' in that sentence.
And I see Keepers in Alpha more often these days then I see them in Kappa/Delta/Iota.
Anyway, to address another point, since this was answered already, no point to go any further.
How did the BHG pilots get in to a Keeper's hold when his tractor beam is disabled?
