A call to end the rule lawyering/badgering

I call for a reform in the sanction system. If a person spams with sanction reports, or keeps posting useless ones. They get barred the ability to post reports for a month.

I guess this could be classed as a 'Broken Whistle' penelty. Cry Wolf too much, and nobody will believe or care about your opinion.

I'd support this.

(I suppose there'd be too many implications involved in doing it, like classifying reports as frivolous, individual banning from posting in a forum and remembering to unban them because the Admins have a lot of work, etc.)
