Hm... the way to explain this.

In this game, there are 2 sets of rules.

Server rules, and RP rules, and they all have consequences.

This isn't a server rule, it's an RP rule.

You don't get banned for not RPing with it, or refusing, you just face the consequences.

As for the other mercs, I do ask them to leave, you won't believe how many times I go to private to avoid the screams of Liberty Fascists

So, uh... this is an RP regulations question:

As a Junker, I have a leg-breaking thug character that hates mercs. This means I can antagonize and harass them (subtly) without worrying about reprecussions from the local house security? I use this loophole to exact tolls from non-affiliated smugglers already, and it's been getting an amusing 'impasse' reaction.
