I thought that this will end after Pennsylvania connection was announced, but in fact it did not.

There are lots of central House systems not connected with jump holes. We have no plans to connect them in the next version. As for Rheinland, we'll see how well the relocation of S-13 jump hole worked, and will edit New Berlin and other systems in future accordingly. Maybe add some additional jump holes, who knows.
