As Igiss already said there are many of those:

New Berlin - Frankfurt
New Berlin - Stuttgart

New Tokyo - Shikoku
New Tokyo -Hokkaido

New London - Leeds
New London - Manchester

New York - California

Jump holes should be rare phenomena... (at least a bit) so I don't see any reason for those being added at all.
