This isn't really about moving a station, that's a red herring, they shouldn't move or be flyable, it's about "owning" the station and in my opinion if Discovery is to evolve as it already has and more fixed game mechanics are handed over to the players as they already have been then the concept of a player, clan, or faction actually owning a station is desirable and necessary. You can already own a whole system, it makes sense to own bases within it.
Maybe in a future version of the mod there will be a dynamic economy, if so then that will be the time to own a station but admin approval should be a pre-requisite as well as a lot of rp justification for owning it, the potential for disfiguring existing lore, politics, diplomacy and rp is very great but then the rewards could be pretty good for everyone, depends how it's managed.
