Greetings. ::Looks around:: I am not sure how many of you wish to see me dead, nor do I care about that. I am here to make a simple offer.
As a fellow Outcast, scorned or not, I come humbly to ask that we all come to an aggreement for peace, among ourselves. I tire of killing my own people. Being hunted and persecuted. In the end it helps only our enemy. I know that in the recent past members of my Squadron have made fools of themselves and the Raven name. I am working day and night to fix this. However, we are still Outcasts, and our loyalties lay there. We have sent pilots to assist when the Corsairs have attacked Alpha more than once, as a show of this loyalty. Also as it is the duty of EVERY ::smashes a fist on a table:: Outcast to protect Alpha from invasion, whether we are welcome or not.
The original reason we Ravens were chased from Alpha is a mystery to many of us, myself included. There is only the lore handed down by our pilots, and the animosity we receive upon reaching Eta and beyond. I know, ::holds up hands, as if defending himself:: some of our practices are frowned on, even sneered at. Do you think that anyone is perfect? No. We are all Outcasts.

I ask that you overlook our differences, and focus on our similarities. For example the desire to destroy the Corsairs, or spread the enlightenment of Cardimine. Let the fighting stop among us all. We are all of the same people. There is not enough of us to begin with. And a slow process it is to replace our lost pilots. Uselessly wasting them against each other will get us no where. Together, however. We make our union stronger.

It is with this in mind I come before you. Out of respect, and an honest desire to live in peace among my own people. I ask, Will you let the past float away into exactly that? The past? Or must we constantly fight each other as well as our enemies?

I look forward to a day when we can all sit and dine together. I will be awaiting the responce of the Council. For better or worse, I've tried.
