I like it alot actually, in keeping with the mechanized aspects of it though I's say keep the torp launchers (on the ground they'd be like cruise missiles) and give it something like, four special class 10 guns that are semi-codie like, but fire faster.
Agility would be something like a SHF, and it would have class 10 shields, or better yet the lightest transport shield.
That way it would most definitely be an assault craft, able to handle fighters fairly well as long as it could joust, and on the ground it would fit into the support role of a tank.
