Why not AU mk8 and CAU mk8 just sell at Guard Stations when people have full Guard reputation?
So everyone could use the Upgrades to mk4 as them are sold at most other bases outside the Guard Systems, and all House Police, Military or Pirate Faction need to get their Guard IFF's to get the better AU's or at least a player from one of those Factions, who is willing to buy this item for one another.
And independents could still also go with it, just need to encrease their Guard rep with one Faction too max.
So we would also bring maybe a bit more loyalty from players to their Factions into game....
Suggestions to that?

I think, Shields should also be replaced, as i have seen, that it is possible to buy all types of shields at Guard bases which really shouldnt be. Stations and Bases should only sell the Shield type their house is using, fe. there are only Grav-shields to buy in Liberty / fe. Corsairs bases sell only Positron-shields.

Maybe we should also think again bout all those Weapons -Dealers selling the Codes and all the other stuff.
They are really good inRP, and selling Codes shall go on (community seem to like them), but no more selling of AU's over mk4.
