Seeing there is a need to repeat myself, allow me to quote my last reply.

Once again, please see this Neural log concerning applications for a Nomad License: Liberty Nomad Licenses. However, as is my understanding, at this point in time we are no longer selling Nomad Licenses to the public. If it is urgent, I suggest you attempt to contact a member of the High Command directly.
