The anti-shield missiles already drain your opponents power supply if they hit once the shields are down, we do not need another swarm missile or any more star wars, star trek or any other type of ship either.
@Nightfall: Igiss altered the fighter shields after I pointed out that player got to choose between the class 10 graviton (11,000+ energy) or the molecular/positron (8,000+ energy) while the NPC's got molecular and positron shields that rivaled the player graviton shields in energy, now theres actually a choice between the three shields, so now maybe people will stop only using the graviton ones...
About the gunboats:
Have you guys actually been reading what igiss wants the gunboats role to be or not?
The gunboat is not for killing cruisers/BS's off it's for killing other gunboats and fighters off, so giving gunboats anti-cruiser/BS weapons wouldn't be a good idea now would it?
About the rhienland frigate:
Heres a daft idea, lets give the rhienland frigate the cruiser model but give it more turret mounts and a frigates armour and power-supply, after all a few of the rhienland ships you have to destroy in the SP campaign look like cruisers and are harder to kill off then the rheinland BS's.
We could also (assuming we can shrink models without having problems/bugs) do a smaller, lighter version of the rheinland BS.
Leave the current rheinland BS as a big bad, turret laden killer and have a smaller, more agile, lighter armed version, using the same model, for use outside of rhienland space.
